Living in New Zealand - The New Zealand School of Travel & Tourism

New Zealand is a country of rare beauty. It has everything from snow covered mountains, clear lakes and beautiful beaches to hot geysers and native forests.
With a population of 4 million people and the land area which is slightly bigger than the United Kingdom New Zealand offers an incredible lifestyle. With fresh air, clean and green environment, friendly people and everything from large metropolitan cities to a lovely countryside people find New Zealand a great place to live. New Zealanders enjoy different outdoor activities – surfing, hiking, skiing, rafting and, of course, bungy jumping. In New Zealand you can swim with dolphins, whale-watch or fish for trout in clear lakes and rivers.

New Zealand has a British based Education system which provides the highest quality and cost effective tuition and living compared to other countries. New Zealand has a stable democratic government that supports international students training and education.

International students enjoy high quality living conditions in New Zealand. They either stay in quality homestays with local host families or prefer student hostels or apartments.

New Zealand climate is very mild and doesn’t get uncomfortably hot or cold. Overall, our temperature ranges from 20–30°C (68–86°F) in summer and from 5–15 ° C (41-59 ° F) in winter.
