Peter commenced in the Hospitality Industry as a qualified Chef and progressed to senior management where he worked in several leading corporations in Australia and Europe. Peter has owned and managed a high profile restauarant business and upon the sale of the business, Peter progressed in to the Education Industry.
Peter headed up the Hospitality division in the largest TAFE college in Victoria, Australia, before moving into the International sector to market and recruit students from Asia and the Sub Continent; eventually expatriated to Malaysia to project manage all of Sheraton Hotels pre-opening training in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China.
After 10 years with TAFE in 2002, Peter joined the Didasko Group initially in their Learning Resources division then as National General Manager for their Registered Training Organisation, Didasko Learning Institute.
In 2007 when the Didasko Group acquired the New Zealand School of Travel & Tourism and Computer Power, Peter established the group's International Division, marketing for international students throughout the world, in particular Asia as well as developing international projects.
