International Students

NZSTT-ELS tries to keep the enrolment process as easy to understand as possible and works with prospective students and agents to meet the necessary requirements. To register you will need to complete and sign the application form. Students under the age of 18 will need to have a parent’s or guardian’s signature on the application form and must also provide their exact address details.

Step One
|
Complete the Enrolment Form and fax or mail it to the school.

Step Two
|
Once we receive your enrolment form, we will send an invoice and a Conditional Letter of Offer identifying the supporting documentation and actions to be undertaken in order to qualify for an Unconditional Offer.

Step Three
|
Send us the prescribed fees either by direct bank transfer or bank cheque, along with the supporting documents as identified in our Conditional Letter of Offer. Students will be required to undertake an English language test. The test outcome will determine which English language course level is best suited to the student’s current ability. All students will be required to resit the English language test at orientation to ensure that the principles of validity and authenticity have been adhered to.

Step Four
|
Confirmation of payment of course fees and administration fees to our bank account. NZSTT-ELS will review all the information provided to ensure compliance with the school’s entry requirements. If you qualify, we will issue you with a receipt and an Unconditional Letter of Offer. The Unconditional Letter of Offer must be sent with your student visa application to your nearest New Zealand Embassy.

Step Five
|
Once your visa is issued you must supply a copy to the school to complete the enrolment process. A letter outlining the schedule for the orientation week will be posted to you prior to the course commencement date.

Step Six
|
Prepare all travel requirements such as air ticket and insurances. Pack your bags and come to New Zealand!
*NB Students from Mainland China and India must apply for their Student Visa and gain approval in principle before sending fees to the institute
